Thank you for posting this video! It is a wonderful thing to hear Donna Gates speaking to you. I appreciate her knowledge, expertise, and passion for improving our food. The B.E.D. has helped me tremendously. What I have a problem with, though, is the obvious fact that she was not willing to allow for her own natural aging. As she explains, her age is 65. It is hard for me to see a 65-year-old face that no longer has any ‘life’ to it and cannot show natural expressions due to the facelifts and surgeries and injections which have taken place. It feels as if there is a huge contradiction going on as far as her speaking on natural health and healing while at the same time she has so obviously put herself under the knife to obtain a face of someone half her age. I am always seeking positive role models of senior women who are aging gracefully and naturally. Let’s remember that aging is not ugly or something to be cut away from us. It would have been fantastic to see what Donna’s natural beauty looked like after so many decades of taking good care of her health. Oh well….this is, apparently, the new ‘norm’ for beauty, but I will be sticking to my preference for a more ‘natural’ appearance. Your blog is great! Keep up the great work! You are such an inspiration.
